NPC-1752: Reina

Reina is an elfish creature that appeared when the great frost hit the world. As everyone was snowed in, she helped get them out. Though in the process, she seemed kinda stuck herself. Not knowing what else to do she set up a small shack near the cave where everything seemed to kinda.. break out. While in her moments of stress she collected ice, and carved away at it until it came into the shape of a bell. In her luck others seemed interested in her craft. She quickly grew in popularity, creating bells and other knick knacks she claims are of "unknown origin" that give special looks and match the season. Reina began trading these things for a basis of survival, but once the season starts to end and it gets harder to barter, she too will leave off to be seen again another year.
