A slot of this rarity allows you to use any traits, with only a couple restrictions. 

RESTRICTIONS

HIVEMIND - can add an additional succubud OR 5 small bodies (may be no bigger than up to the waist of the main body)

TRANSFORM - can add ONE additional form

CANNOT HAVE BOTH HIVEMIND AND TRANSFORM  you must pick one!

These limitations do not apply to unlimited slots or mod customs. 

Adding traits to a pre-existing design will still require an item.
